This is an on-line platform designed for individuals looking to enhance and refresh their skills or looking to try a new skill and add to their treatment list.
All of our courses are fully accredited and insurable through IPHM. Our courses are tailored for the Hair & Beauty sector as well as essential business and support workshops.
You can complete our online courses in the comfort of your own home at your pace. If you need any support and guidance, there will be an experienced educator to help you.
You can also opt-in for our virtual remote learning workshops as well, This is still done at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home or workplace but once you have finished your theory work, you would contact your educator to book in your virtual practical session.
The online and Virtual courses are to the highest industry standard and have been designed by qualified professionals with over 18 years industry experience.

Sunshine Online Courses is a sister company of Sunshine Training which is owned by Rhian Knowles the Managing Director of Sunshine Group.
I, first started in the industry at the tender age of 14, attending my local training provider, doing an NVQ level 1 in Hairdressing. I was also a Saturday girl in a local salon. From these humble beginnings, my love and passion for the industry grew. I completed this course but wanted to learn more.
At 16, I attended my local college and completed an NVQ level 2 in Beauty Therapy and stayed there for a couple of years to complete my level 2 & 3 in Hairdressing. In 2011 I completed an advanced level 3 in Hairdressing apprenticeship.
In 2013, I gained my level 4 Teaching Qualification and Level 3 Assessors Award. Once qualified, I worked as a lecturer and assessor in my local college where I originally trained. While I enjoyed my experience as a college lecturer, I wanted to do something different. As a result, I started working alongside some private training providers before deciding to open my own academy in 2015.
I have been delivering courses for six years, I love to teach, and my greatest reward is seeing others achieve their dreams. To go on and contribute towards maintaining the highest standards within the industry. I believe in a simple truth – an industry is as strong as its training. I want to see our industry thrive by contributing to higher training standards.
We believe that with today’s current circumstances face to face training isn’t always possible for people, that’s why we launched this sister company of Sunshine Training and it adheres to the highest industry standards like Sunshine Training.
We are also developing a network for our students, where we offer benefits and support, so they can enjoy a successful career in the industry. We believe there is more to success than technical training, and we aim to provide some of that support.
